1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the yes2.pro website, the yes2 mobile app, and all services provided by us. This document is to be read together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific rules applicable to each gaming product we offer.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

• Has never been banned or suspended by yes2 or any related platform previously.
• Register only one (1) account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. yes2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time for age and identity verification purposes.

3Member Account & Responsibilities

Every yes2 member is fully responsible for their account. This includes keeping your password confidential, ensuring no other party accesses your account, and promptly reporting any suspicious activity to our support team.

• You are prohibited from sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other party.
• Yes2 will never ask for your password via email, phone or live chat.
• Any losses arising from negligent account management are the member's sole responsibility.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and can be enabled via account settings.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee or closure at yes2's discretion.

Yes2 reserves the right to suspend or close an account for investigation purposes where there are indications of suspicious activity, without being obligated to provide reasons to the member while the investigation is ongoing.

4Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Yes2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a variety of secure and trusted local payment methods, including bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Under 10 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• All deposit and withdrawal methods must be in the same name as the registered yes2 account.
• Yes2 does not accept funds from third parties and will not make payments to third parties.
• Failed withdrawals due to incorrect banking details are the member's responsibility, and a reprocessing fee may apply.

Yes2 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for legal compliance review or KYC verification purposes. In such cases, members will be notified and asked to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Yes2 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside each promotion.

• Welcome bonuses and deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes on the yes2 platform and cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash.
• Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Yes2 reserves the right to void bonuses where there are indications of promotion abuse or attempts to exploit the system.
• Certain promotions may have expiry dates. Unused bonuses after the validity period may be automatically forfeited.

6Game Rules & Fairness

All games on the yes2 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures that every slot spin, card hand, or game outcome is truly random and fair, with no manipulation of any kind.

• The results of completed games are final and cannot be altered.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, yes2 will investigate and resolve the case based on recorded server data.
• Yes2 is not liable for losses resulting from internet disruptions or device issues on the member's end.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in the event of a technical error acknowledged by yes2.

7Prohibited Conduct & Activities

To maintain platform integrity and protect all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the yes2 platform:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual (duplicate accounts).
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play or exploit games.
• Any form of money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Collusion between players to deceive the system or other players.
• Exploiting software errors or technical bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account with any party.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the yes2 platform.

8Privacy & Data Protection

• Losses arising from valid game outcomes obtained through a fair RNG process.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in managing your password or login credentials.
• Actions by third parties including payment service providers that are beyond the control of yes2.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses under any circumstances.

Yes2 is always working to ensure the platform operates with stability and reliability. Should any technical disruption originate from our systems, yes2 will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue promptly.

10Account Closure & Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the yes2 customer support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and no investigations are pending.

Yes2 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet age or location eligibility requirements.
• Requests from authorities or law enforcement bodies.
• Indicators of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with yes2's internal policy.

11Responsible Gaming

Yes2 is committed to a healthy and responsible gaming culture. We provide a range of self-management tools to help members maintain control over their gaming habits.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on losses within a self-defined time period.
• Self-Break: Activate a voluntary break from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for permanent self-exclusion if you feel that gaming has negatively impacted your life.
